Problem summary

  • Data store names for WebSphere MQ data stores are being created
with odd names like '.' and ','.

Problem conclusion

  • Amended the dynamic name resolution for WebSphere MQ data
stores to ignore literals that are used on COBOL STRING and
UNSTRING statements.
The literals on STRING and UNSTRING statements will be skipped
when determining WebSphere MQ queue names.
To correct existing metadata, programs exhibiting the odd queue
names should be reanalyzed once the Fix Pack has been is
deployed.
