  Variably-located data-items create a lot of overhead in address
  computation. Optimizations take a larger amount of time to
  process with excessive use of variably located data-items.
  

Problem conclusion

• Compiler was updated to improve some optimizations to work
  faster with lots of variably located data-item code.
