PI96643: DRILL THROUGH WITH OPTIONAL PARAMETERS GENERATES INCORRECT WHERECLAUSE IN SQL

Error description

• A Drill Through in interactive viewer generates an incorrect
  where clause, when the target report contains several optional
  prompts, but not all of them are passed from the source report.
  Instead of ignoring the items in the where clause, all optional
  filters are added, but not all have associated values.
  
  Assume following example with the target report having 3
  optional filters (ITEM1, ITEM2, ITEM3), but only ITEM2 is passed
  from the source report. The where clause generated has the
  syntax,
  WHERE ITEM1 = AND ITEM2 = 'passed value' AND ITEM3= .
  The expected where clause should be only WHERE ITEM2='passed
  value'
  Error message from a DB2 is for example:
  XQE-DAT-0001 Data source adapter error:
  com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlSyntaxErrorException: An unexpected token
  ""Products"" was found following "_METHOD_CODE" =  AND".
  Expected tokens may include:  "AND".. SQLCODE=-104,
  SQLSTATE=42601, DRIVER=3.69.66
