Error description

• Lots of errors 404 such as the one below is seen in the log:
  
  [3/04/18 17:04:33:158 EST] 0000035a RequestProces I
  org.apache.wink.server.internal.RequestProcessor logException
  The following error occurred during the invocation of the
  handlers chain:
  WebApplicationException (404 - Not Found) with message 'null'
  while processing POST request sent to
  http://hostname:port/context/resourceExample.jsp
  

Local fix

• Add the following trace string to disable logging in the
  offending class:
  
  org.apache.wink.server.internal.RequestProcessor=off

Problem conclusion

• We removed the logging we do when a 404 occurs. The client
  still gets the 404 response.
