Error description

• The COBOL V6.2 release uses 3 new DWARF debugging attributes:
  
     DW_AT_IBM_wsa_addr
     DW_AT_IBM_home_location
     DW_AT_IBM_alt_srcview
  
  These 3 attributes are missing from older versions of the
  CEE.SCEEH.H(DWARF) and dwarf.h header files.
  

Local fix

• Add the #defines for the attributes manually:
  
     #define DW_AT_IBM_wsa_addr               0x393e
     #define DW_AT_IBM_home_location          0x393f
     #define DW_AT_IBM_alt_srcview            0x3940
