Error description

• In the Rational ClearCase doucmentation, you are led to believe
  that the maximum MVFS scaling factor is 24.  This is correct for
  Unix/Linux.
  
  In Windows, the maximum scaling factor is 5.  If you set it
  higher than 5, you receive messages  in the MVFS logs stating:
  mvfs(0): INFO: {4 pid/tid 4/50} MVFS: Lowering largeinit setting
  from 8 to maximum allowable of 5
  
  If you are scripting your installs with the incorrect values,
  this will impact all of your machines.
