Error description

• A report is authored against a package based on a SQL Server
  database.  The database collation is set to
  SQL_Latin1_General_CP850_BIN.  If the package is using the
  Compatible Query Mode, the report executes successfully.  If the
  package is republished using the Dynamic Query Mode, running the
  report throws an error:
