Error description

• Rational Programming Patterns - v9.6.0
  
  After having deleted a segment, an error is set on the data
  structrure telling the segment is missing but there is no
  possible action presented in the data structure folder to
  correct it.
  

Local fix

• 1 - To avoid the issue occurring :
   1a - start by the deletion of the segment.
  In the folder of the data structure, the deleted segment is
  presented as "unresolved link" in the -LS tab, click on the
  line, select "remove" and save the data structure.
  The error message disappears.
  
   1b - start by removing the link but do not save the folder
  right after.
  Delete the segment and only after that save the data structure.
  
  
  2 - To correct the situation once faced:
   force a non  significant update on the folder of the data
  structure  (add and remove a character in the label for
  example) so that the folder is marked as modified.
  Save it. The error message disappears.
