APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Attempts to start both an HTTP and HTTPS stub service for the
  same host and URL fail.
  The first stub, HTTP or HTTPS will start successfully.
  The second stub will fail with the following errors:
  
  [Infrastructure] [CRRIT8674E] Unable to configure routing to the
  stub:
                            HTTP communication failed with status:
  409
  [Infrastructure] Application traffic in the environment will not
  be automatically routed to the stub.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  
  Use a different resource URL for one of the stubs.
