Error description

• When you are upgrading from Rational ClearCase 8.0.1.x to
  version 9.0.1.x, the view database schema will change from
  schema 10 to schema 12 once you use the view.
  
  If you roll back from 9.0.1.x to 8.0.1.x or uninstall 9.0.1.x
  and then reinstall 8.0.1.x, any views that have been converted
  to schema 12 can no longer be used.
  
  The conversion from schema 10 to schema 12 occurs in the
  background and is a one-way process, which cannot be reverted.
