Error description

• When performing a deliver in IBM Rational ClearCase ClearTeam
  Explorer (CTE) through the WAN server the following error may be
  returned:
  CRMAP7009: Command "ReadProperties" failed: Error:
  "java.io.IOException: HTTP requested failed with status "500"."
  
  This can also cause the ccbe process to crash.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  Perform the deliver operation in a dynamic or snapshot view
  connected to the same stream.
