  *                 Optimizer (ABO) for z/OS, v1.3.              *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The listing transform produced by ABO   *
  *                      now contains detailed information       *
  *                      about the options that were in effect,  *
  *                      when the input module was compiled. In  *
  *                      previous versions of ABO, the listings  *
  *                      transform contained only the hex        *
  *                      values of the "Signature Information    *
  *                      Bytes".                                 *
  *                      This APAR augments that with the        *
  *                      decoding of those bytes to show the     *
  *                      options in effect.                      *
