PI93211: THE DATE PROMPT SHOWS "FALSE" FOR THE SELECTED DATE IF VIETNAMESE (VIETNAM) IS SELECTED AS CONTENT LANGUAGE

Error description

• Select calendar icon and select the date -
  The date Enter box shows "false" instead of showing the date
  selected if the date after 13th selected.
  If the date before 13th, it returns the date but day become
  month and the month became day.  (like if "Feb 1st, 2018" is
  selected from UI, it shows "Jan, 2, 2018")
