APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• With user-defined queries on the List View control for
  ClearQuest Web enabled, the List View buttons are greyed out on
  the Submit action of the parent record type.
  No child record can be added.
  
  To reproduce in a DefectTracking SAMPL db:
  1. In Public Queries folder create following subfolders:
   List Views
       Defect
  	Customer,  here add some queries on Customer record type.
  2. Run:
  installutil setmasterproperty <dbsetname> -user_db_name SAMPL
  admin "" LISTVIEW_QUERY_FOLDER "Public Queries/List Views"
  
  3. Submit a new Defect record.
  It is not possible to add a Customer record to the Defect. None
  of the List View buttons are enabled.
  
  Workaround:
  One has to first save the Defect and then Modify it again to add
  Customer records to it.

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 9.0.1.3.
  When user-defined queries on the List View control for
