Error description

• When attempting to reformat an IBM Rational  ClearCase UCM PVOB
  on a Windows VOb server after an upgrade to 9.0.1.1 or later,
  the following error may appear:
  
  db_dumper.54.exe: Error: Internal error in
  "\atria\lib\db\db__dump.c" line 478
  db_dumper.54.exe: Error: INTERNAL ERROR detected and logged with
  the NT Event Service.
  See the Event Viewer for the error message.
  db_dumper.54.exe: Error: ***ABORT***
  '\atria\lib\db\db__err.c':358
  cleartool: Error: Could not dump database.
  cleartool: Error: Trouble dumping versioned object base
  "D:\ClearCase_Storage\Vobs\util_pvob.vbs".
  
  You may then see a "ClearCase has stopped working" dialog box.
  

Local fix

• None. Use a 9.0.1.0 or 8.0.x host to perform the reformat.
