Error description

  • Shutdown of a CICS alternate XRF region with CEBT transaction
    results in message:
    .
DFHTM1797 System termination program has abended.
    .
The problems occur under a CSSY task. Kernel error shows that
an AKEF abend is being issued. KERRD for the AKEF shows that
the abend occurs in DFHSTP, following a DFHSOISM call to close
all the TCPIPSERVICEs. However, the entry point for DFHSOIS
(DFHSOIS_GATE) was never initialized prior to shutdown of the
    alternate.
