    Customer ran a LOAD utility with  RESUME YES SHRLEVEL NONE LOG

    Customer ran a LOAD utility with RESUME YES SHRLEVEL NONE LOG NO
    on a table with an NPI. After the index was set to PSRBDP before
    the index was rebuilt, the next commit did not occur until the
    end of index processing. MSGDSNR035I was observed.
