Error description

• Running history cleanup will delete ghosted environments and old
  process requests if they are older than the specified date,
  however Approval Tasks associated with those environments /
  processes are not cleaned up.
  
  Approval tasks on an environment will cause the Work Items to
  break with the exception:
  java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: No environment exists with
  ID ####
