PI91878: PAX SET EDITOR DOES NOT APPLY ELEMENT ATTRIBUTES

Error description

• PAX Set Editor does not apply Element Attributes.
  For example, in }ElementAttributes_Products cube, we can store
  product names for various languages : there is an example of
  this in sample TM1 Server GO_New_Stores.
  In PAX, when opening the Set Editor for a dimension in context
  (which is a cell containing a SUBNM formula), of which the
  selected value is in non-english language, the Set Editor
  displays english captions on the right side and there is no way
  to change that.
