Problem conclusion

• The debug launch configurations will no longer generate EQAUOPTS
  files with an extra blank line at the end.
  This is fixed in v14.1.2 of:
  IBM Debug for z Systems
  IBM Developer for z Systems
  IBM Developer for z Systems Enterprise Edition.
