  *                 only table statements that go through        *
  *                 incremental bind.                            *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When an application with a static       *
  *                      select statement that:                  *
  *                      1. Refers to an accelerator-only table; *
  *                      2. The table has not been created when  *
  *                         the application is bound.            *
  *                      The following abend may occur when      *
  *                      the statement is executed:              *
  *                       04E-00E70005,                          *
  *                       LOC=DSNXGRDS.DSNX9ERT:P110             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply corrective PTF when available          *
  ****************************************************************
  Db2 does not format its internal control block correctly in
  the scenario above resulting in the 04E abend.
