Error description

• Rational Programming Patterns - v9.6.0
  
  If a copybook has been created with C1 or C3 option, when
  unfolding the list of available options on the definition
  tab, the type DSQC1 is present in the list but can't be
  selected.
  If one click on it, nothing happens and the former value is
  kept.
  
  A modification is possible to switch between DC1 and DC3
  (or reverse).
  
  On the other hand if the copybook has been created directly with
  the DSQC1 type, the modification is not allowed at all and on
  the definition tab the type is greyed and the list can't be
  deployed.
  

Local fix

• Assign the DSQC1 option at creation time.
