PI90154: BLUEMIXUTILITY FAILS TO CREATE/DELETE INSTANCES OF WATSON DISCOVERY SERVICE

Error description

Issuing a BluemixUtility.createService() command for an
instance of the Watson Discovery service results in the
following exception:

com.ibm.ws.bluemix.utility.cloudfoundry.CloudFoundryException:
BMUX0012E: An unexpected error occurred when performing an IBM
Bluemix operation. Error: An operation for service instance
<discovery-instance-name> is in progress.

Issuing a BluemixUtility.deleteService() command for an
instance of the Watson Discovery service does not produce an
error, but fails to delete the instance as requested.

Problem conclusion

Bluemix Utility has been updated to successfully create and
delete instances of the Watson Discovery service and has
improved error output in the event of a failure.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 9.0.0.6 and fix pack 17.0.0.4 for WebSphere
Application Server Liberty.  Please refer to the Recommended
