Problem summary

• When analyzing dcl 4 lp_psqlca pointer init(null()), zUnit trys
  to access the first argument of 0 length array of PL/I model,
  and it caused ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.
  

Problem conclusion

• zUnit PL/I analyzer has been corrected so that the array length
  of PL/I model would be checked.
