Error description

• The CICS dump formatter DFHPD700 may fail to format the
  SJ domain information for a dump taken from a CICS system
  without APAR PI77502 applied.

Problem conclusion

• DFHSJDUF has been updated to allow it to format dumps taken
  from a CICS system which did not have PTFs for PI77502 applied.
