Error description

• In a large program with many COPY books, compiler may go into a
  loop in IGYEQCWI with compiler option TEST(EJPD,SOURCE)
  specified.

  The compiler was sometimes inadvertently generating duplicate
  debug information about copybooks.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was updated to ensure that information regarding
  copybooks is not duplicated in the debug information.
