APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The arsload -c parameter is used to override the default
  directory used by the indexing program to temporarily store
  data.  When -c is used arsload uses the correct temporary
  directory but the informational message ARS4315I
  incorrectly displays the default directory.
  

Local fix

• Ignore the incorrect ARS4315I message

  1. When formatting the text for the ARS4315I message, arsload
  was using the temp directory variable instead of the -c
  directory variable when -s was specified.
  
  2.arsmvswt was not formatting a 71-character WTO line.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. arsload is changed to use the -c directory variable when -s
  is specified.
  
  2. arsmvswt is changed to correctly format 71-character WTO
  lines.
