• Rational Programming Patterns - v9.6.0
  
  When generating a ddl from a data base block description, the
  generated file with ".ddl" extension has the line delimiter
  attribute set to None (binary) by default.
  This file containing ASCII text the wrong line delimiter
  applied causes the build to fail.
  

Local fix

• Change manually to "Platform" the "Line delimiter" attribute of
  the file in Jazz Souce Control
