PI89205: MQ Z/OS: CSQT852E HAS MESSAGE INSERTS IN THE INCORRECT ORDER

Error description

• An error message reads as:
  
  CSQT852E CSQXFCTL Unable to propagate delete publication command
                    topic SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.STREAM
                    stream STEAM1
                    to queue manager ????
                    reason=3081 ()
  
  The inserts are in the wrong order.  They should be:
  
                    stream SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.STREAM
                    queue manager STREAM1
                    topic ????
                    reason 3081
  
  The presence of '????' in the CSQT852E message is expected
  because the response to the failed delete publication command
  does not include the topic.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: CSQT852E is issued with the inserts     *
  *                      in the wrong order.                     *
  ****************************************************************
  When the pubsub daemon sends a MQCMD_DELETE_PUBLICATION request
  to a remote queue manager (for example, while advertising
  streams to parent and child queue managers in a pubsub
  hierarchy), if the remote queue manager is unable to process the
  command, the local queue manager issues CSQT852E to report this.
  This message contains the Topic, Stream, and Queue Manager name
  associated with the failure, however the inserts are used in the
  wrong order, so they do not match up with the message text.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQT852E is changed to insert the correct values in the correct
  order.
