PI89053: DELETING A COMPONENT VERSION ERRONEOUSLY REQUIRES APPLICATION PERMISSIONS

Error description

• Versions that are part of a snapshot require read permissions on
  the application associated with that snapshot in order to delete
  the version.
  
  To reproduce:
  0. Setup an application with a component.
  1. Create a snapshot containing a version of the component.
  2. As a user without read access to the application (but with
  all other appropriate permissions), attempt to delete the
  version.
  3. Notice the error stating that the user does not have read
  permission to an application.
