Local fix

• Until the PTF is applied, customers can run the following SQL to
  remove the synonyms that were added in error:
  
   DELETE FROM Q.COMMAND_SYNONYM_D
   WHERE VERB = 'RU' OR VERB = 'RUNTSO'
  

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When invoking QMF German, users may     *
  *                      receive DSQ22902 saying that command    *
  *                      synonyms RU and RUNTSO are invalid.     *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Command synonyms RU and RUNTSO were inadvertantly added tothe
  default QMF German command synonym table. This would have been
  to table Q.COMMAND_SYNONYM_D if running in aDB2 for z/OS server
  or table Q.COMMAND_SYN_TSO_D if runningin a DB2 iSeries or DB2
  LUW server. The erroneous commandsynonyms would have been added
  when either migrating orinstalling during any of the following
  jobs: DSQ1DDJ2, DSQ1DRTS, DSQ1DCCS or DSQ1DAS2. This APAR
  removes the addition of thecommand synonyms from those jobs. For
  users who have run thejobs already and have the erroneous
  command synonyms alreadyinstalled, the following SQL should be
  run to all affected servers:DELETE FROM Q.COMMAND_SYNONYM_DWHERE
  VERB = 'RU' OR VERB = 'RUNTSO'
  or
  DELETE FROM Q.COMMAND_SYN_TSO_D
  WHERE VERB = 'RU' OR VERB = 'RUNTSO'
