Error description
The behavior is inconsistent when changing existing filter. When you have created a comparison or range filter you can later switch to filter with specific values. But when you have created a filter with specific values you can not switch to comparison or range filter. The filter UI does not provide the option to switch. You will need to delete the filter and create a new filter.
