PI88457: FREEZING COLUMN HEADERS IN LISTS VIA "SCROLLABLE AREA HEIGHT" PROPERTY NOT WORKING WHEN RUNNING REPORT

Error description

• Setting the Scrollable Area Height property for a list allows a
  user to scroll down a list's contents while freezing the column
  headings. Once this property is defined, saving the report and
  running the report as HTML will run the report without freezing
  column headings. This is only alleviated by enabling and then
  disabling editing(the pencil icon on the top left) for the
  report. Once this is done, column headings are frozen again.  
  

Local fix

• When you run the report in HTML and the column headers aren't
  frozen, click the pencil icon to enable editing and then unclick
  it. Once the report is run again, the column headers are frozen
  again. Column headers will continue to be frozen for as long as
  the browser is open - once the browser is closed, the process
  will have to be repeated to freeze column headers.
