PI88427: DASHBOARDING WITH PIE CHARTS NO DATA IS SHOWN. INTERMITTENTLY RECEIVE 'CAN'T LOAD VISUALIZATION' ERROR.

Error description

• Issues in Dashboarding with Pie charts and showing data.
  Sometimes no data is shown. When switched back and forth from
  line back to pie chart IE11 hangs and they receive 'Can't load
  visualization' error.
  
  When switching between years no data is shown on pie chart, no
  data is shown in the years before 2016, 2016 and 2017 show data
  correctly.
  
  Customer was using IE11 however I also tested these in Chrome
  and was able to receive the same errors.
