ibm_security_logout page displays the page html source code
rather than render it.

When X-Content-Type-Option header is set, browsers are not
supposed to guess content type.  ibm_security_logout page did
not
have content type explicitly set to "text/html", so the browsers
showed source code.

Problem conclusion

With this apar, the content type for logout page is set to
"text/html" so that browser will display the page correctly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.8.  Please refer to the Recommended
