PI88115: RATIONAL CHANGE LIFECYCLE EDITOR BECOMES UNUSABLE AFTER ATTEMPTING TO SET A TRANSITION TO BE THE PRIMARY TRANSITION

Rational Change Fix Pack 2 (5.3.1.2) for 5.3.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When attempting to set a transition to be the primary transition
  after the transition has been created and saved, the
  lifecycle editor becomes unusable.
  
  This behavior is seen when using different lifecycle files,
  including the out-of-the-box dev_process.xml.
  
  This is reported to fail in certain Firefox 54.0.1 and in
  unsupported Google Chrome (which is unsupported).
  

Local fix

• This can be worked around by either using Internet Explorer 11,
  or by making the change directly in the
  lifecycle xml file, but in that case you need to ensure that no
  other transition has been set as primary.
