Error description

• On the CICS TG client side the reason for the connection failure
  is recorded by the "java.io.IOException CTG6651E "Unable to
  connect to the Gateway  daemon:
  &#172;address/port|&#172;javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:<reason>|."
  message
  
  In the Gateway daemon any ioexception resulting from the
  attempted SSL handshake is caught and traced, but not logged.
  The only information CICS TG has on the cause of the failure is
  theioexception details, so in this customer's case it will
  report the SSLHandshakeExceptionand the "no cipher suites in
  common" reason.

  details are available only if trace is enabled.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS TG code is changed to log the information when SSL
  hangshake is failed with I/O Exception.
