  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If the search string of an INSPECT      *
  *                      statement occurs multiple times in      *
  *                      succession at the end of the source     *
  *                      string, the program may fail to find    *
  *                      the final match.                        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  An off-by-one error in the code generated for the INSPECT
  statement causes it to stop looking for subsequent matches one
  byte earlier than it should.
