PI87693: VISUALIZATION FAILS WHEN SELECTING MULTI ELEMENTS

Error description

• Within Cognos Dashboards for R7 (clustered environment)
  selecting too many objects causes visualizations to return
  Cant load visualization. IIS request filtering max url length
  is set to 4096 and max query string to 2048. Increasing these
  can act as a workaround however by selecting more elements it
  eventually returns an error. This only occurs going through the
  gateway, it works as expected when going through the dispatcher.
