  User ran a REORG TABLESPACE SHRLEVEL CHANGE against a table
  space defined with 32K page size.  During REORG execution,
  concurrent DML resulted in an update operation where it
  required DB2 to cut a separate UNDO and REDO log record to
  record the before and after record image.  When REORG processed
  this REDO only log record in the LOG phase, it failed with
  ABENDS0C4 in DSNUGLGR + x'04DE'.
  
  The reported problem is caused by a small timing window where
  REORG starts the log apply point in between the generation
  of the split UNDO/REDO update log records.  This resulted in
  REORG processing only the REDO update log record and failed
  with the subject error.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified for REORG to correctly process the REDO
  only update log record without abending.
