Error description

• ABEND04E RC00E2000F LOC=DSNIDALC DSNSVSFB +08C6
  The error occurs because a storage block allocated by DSNKCEST
  overlayed the storage manager trailer id of 'TRLA' with zeroes.
  When DSNIDALC requested the block to be freed, the sanity
  check of the trailer id was invalid so the abend was issued.

  * LOC=DSNIDALC.DSNSVSFB+08C6 occurred                          *
  * while trying to free internal working                        *
  * storage.  Access to a UNIQUE WHERE NOT                       *
  * NULL with INCLUDE column index was                           *
  * done during a fetch which resulted                           *
  * in a storage overlay.  The storage                           *
  * overlay ultimately led to the abend.                         *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Please apply the PTF when available.                         *

  The storage overlay was the result of an invalid working
  storage area calculation.  The calculation was done while
  trying to estimate the number of qualifying rows that were
  possible for a query.  The calculation was using an index key
  length value that was not appropriate for a UNIQUE WHERE NOT
  NULL with INCLUDE columns index.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 code has been modified to correctly calculate the amount
  of working storage needed while trying to estimate the number
  of qualifying rows for a given query.  The correct calculation
  now accounts for indexes created as UNIQUE WHERE NOT NULL with
  include columns.
