Error description

• CREATE ALIAS with explicit SCHEMA qualifier for the alias and
  unqualified table name, the authorization ID (CURRENT SQLID)
  became the alias OWNER. The OWNER should be the explicit SCHEMA
  qualifier.

  When executing CREATE ALIAS FOR TABLE with an explicit schema
  qualifier for the alias name and an unqualified table name, the
  alias OWNER of SYSIBM.SYSTABLES is incorrectly set to the
  current SQL ID.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 has been modified to correctly set the alias OWNER to the
  same explicit schema name.
  
  This APAR does not resolve incorrect alias ownership created
  prior to applying this APAR. Dropping and recreating affected
  aliases is required to correct ownership.
  
  There are no functional problems as a result of an incorrect
  owner on an alias.
