Error description

• ABEND04E 00C90101 in DSNIONX2 ERQUAL5053 . The abend occurs
  during partial decompression of columns for an index key.
  This is a timing issue between a read with UR and a
  cross partition update:
  The job reads (with UR) the pointer record on db.ts.page
   1AC0.0013.0000.00005020 at id x'30'. (In partition 1.)
  This was a pointer record to overflow record on db.ts.page
   1AC0.0013.0001.00359559 at id x'34'. (In partition 2.)
  From the id map on page x'5020', the record had been
  pseudo-deleted.

  During the cross-partition update, the overflow record's
  attribute indicating a different partition than its pointer
  record was not turned on properly.  This caused the partition
  number to be calculated incorrectly while retrieving the
  overflow record, and later failed the decompression of the
  data.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 is modified to turn on the cross-partition attribute
  of the overflow record properly during UPDATE process.
