• A rank report, that is working fine, against TM1 10.2.2 and the
  TM interface, is returning incorrect results against Planning
  Analytics using the TMR interface.
  Example:
  Rank for products returns 5 rows against TM1 10.2.2 and the TM
  interface
  Rank for products returns 1 row against Planning Analytics 2.0.x
  and the TMR interface
  

Local fix

• Use topcount function instead of the rank function
