PI86449: RSV-SRV-0040 ERROR WHEN RUNNING A REPORT CONTAINING A RICH TEXT ITEM AS A PDF

Error description

• A report is created which contains a Rich Text Item.  The Rich
  Text Item is sourced from data which contains HTML markup.  If
  the HTML markup contains ordered list tags ( <ol></ol> ) which
  do not have any list item tags inside them ( <li></li> ) then in
  most output formats, the ordered list is simply ignored.
  However when the report is run as PDF, it fails with an error:
  
  RSV-SRV-0040 The report server encountered an internal error
  
  Details: CCLAssertError:0:Fatal: CCL_ASSERT(pLastItem);
