Error description

• ABEND04E RC00E70005 DSNXGRDS.DSN      P000. This is a sanity
  check abend at DSNXRSPL (PTF level UI36764) OFFSET41B0. When
  running stored procedure with debugger mode for one step at a
  time, a SQL error was issued on a single step and then it did
  run-to-end, where the ABEND occurred.

  While debugging a native SQL procedure, DB2 accessed an
  internal control block incorrectly,leading to the symptom
  ABEND.
