PI86095: CONSUMER CANNOT CREATE REPORT VIEW

Error description

• A consumer user in C10.2.2 Fp8 can create a report view but a
  Consumer user in C11.0.6 does not have the option to create a
  report view. As per the documentation the Consumer user only
  needs Execute and Traverse permission on the source report which
  has already been provided and works perfectly for C10.
