Error description

• Completed and Failing Processes involving impersonation that
  should fail due to permissions on the target system for the
  impersonated user, don't fail correctly if the attempted action
  is a folder creation rather than a file.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create a Component with a version containing an artifact made
  of a folder containing a file.
  2. Add a Component process with a Download Artifact step using a
  specific Working Directory (e.g. /tmp/target). And use an
  impersonated user without root permissions.
  3. Create the Agent VM a /tmp/target folder with root user in
  order to only have root access to this folder.
  4. Deploying the Component version that is containing an
  artifact
  made of a folder containing a file will run indefinitely without
  failing.
