• A field appears to repeat, this happens due to the field having
  a slightly differing label.  Any punctuation or case differences
  in the label, on the form, means the field will repeat.
  
  The correct behavior is that all field labels must exactly match
  to be counted as "one field", and to show up *only once*
  (presuming label is the same).
