Error description

• Rational Developer for System z (RDz): RDZ client 9.5.1.4
  real-time syntax check indicates error with the 'INCLUDE'
  reserved word when deleting the first letter of the "include"
  and then writing back the missing first letter or even
  performing "undo" or using "ctrl+z".
  The following error is shown:
  "_fetch_verb" inserted before this token

Local fix

• Syntax error is not shown:
  - using LPEX, close and reopen the COBOL source member
  - using COBOL Editor, save the COBOL source member
  

Problem summary

• Incorrect incremental lexing region caused lexer to generate a
  bad set of lexed tokens in some cases around EXEC statements.
  

Problem conclusion

• Correct the LexUnitRegion region for EXEC statements.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for z Systems V9.5.1.8 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
